About Me
About Me
I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Kansas State University with a passion for learning by doing. Ever since I was a child I have been tinkering with anything and everything. The first project I can remember was making a small bb gun from a barbeque lighter, ink pen, some screws and hot glue. I got hooked on old BMW's in highschool which lead to my interest in cars. Shortly after purchasing my first BMW and doing some modifications I went to my first drift event at my local track. This began my love for drifting and engineering and taught me a lot about vehicle dynamics, tires, suspension kinematics, and even some life lessons such as budgeting since I was funding myself.
Fast forward to the start of college, I discovered Powercat Motorsports Formula SAE. This enabled me to push myself to become a better engineer, and learn the importance of simplicity, functionality, determination, and persistency.
